An unforgettable Greece holiday thanks to Bulent! Seven years ago, we contacted Veni Vidi travel to help us plan our family trip to Turkey. Bulent put an outstanding itinerary together, working closely with us to customize a travel plan that reflected our interests in Turkish history, culture and local cuisine.  Having already had an amazing experience with Bulent's travel company, we did not hesitate to utilize his expertise again when we decided to vacation in Greece this summer. Once again, he did not disappoint.At the outset, Bulent created  a suggested itinerary based upon our feedback regarding what we most wanted to see and do. Then after several back-and-forth communications between Bulent and ourselves, Bulent revised the itinerary so that we were completely satisfied that the final plan met all of our objectives for our trip.The real test of the competence of any travel agency is not just in creating a travel plan, but more so in how well the travel plan is executed, and in this regard, Bulent absolutely excelled.  Bulent made all of the arrangements for our airport and hotel transfers, our in-country flights, ferries from the mainland to the islands, private guides and drivers (all of whom were top-notch!) and several memorable boat tours (including to an active volcano and hot spring). Except for one glitch when my spouse was inadvertently booked on the wrong flight (which was caught and immediately rectified by Bulent), all of the scheduled events happened exactly as planned. Given that this was a 16 day tour, it is a testament to Bulent's experience and expertise that a trip of this duration and logistical complexity came off practically hassle-free.We thoroughly enjoyed our Greece travel experience, and we have Bulent to thank for that. Perfect boat trip from Fetihye Bulent organised a boat trip for my family of four - amazing service, everyone was very kind and attentive. Everything was taken care of we just had to relax and enjoy ourselves. The boat crew were lovely people and did everything they could to make it a perfect day - show the children how to fish, take us to some of the quietest spots, as we’d asked, and prepare a beautiful lunch for us. Bulent = great service We are currently staying in Jiva Beach Resort and we wanted to book our excursions with someone local… Bulent did not disappoint and made sure we had a great time. Me and my son went on the Dragon pirate ship tour and we had a private transfer there and back. My son didn’t have any snorkelling gear so Bulent let us borrow his daughters!!! Lastly a friend booked our jeep safari at her hotel and when they were late picking us up, Bulent still tried to help by calling their company. The best service and experience in Turkey! The most kind, reliable and trustworthy agent ever! Bulent is the nicest, the kindest and the best person with no doubt!!!! Without him, we would not be able to travel in Turkey as planned and we would not have so much fun. We feel very lucky to meet him and we cannot be more grateful. First Bulent helped us book the paragliding and dragon boat schedules for the next day in a minute with a very good price. And he contacted the agents to made us the VIPs. We were taken very good care of and had a fantastic time. Then we asked about the availability of the night bus from Fethiye to Cappadocia because we forgot to book them in advance. We underestimated how busy it would be during the national holiday and apparently all the buses were sold out. It was a really tough condition and Bulent gave so much effort and managed to solve the problem for us! He searched up every possible ways of transport including planes, buses, cars and combinations. He called the companies, sent messages to friends or anyone he knows that might help. He even bargained with them to get us the cheapest price. To get the most ideal mean of transport which is a direct bus from Fethiye to Goreme, he literally spent more than 3 hours at the company while we were playing and called the customers who haven’t paid for the reservations of the seats to cancel the tickets or sell them to him. With huge amount of time and efforts, he persuaded other customers and managed to get us the last two bus tickets. We nearly missed the bus and Bulent drove us all the way to the bus station with the fastest speed and we successfully caught the bus. He even talked to the managers trying to arrange a better seat for us. I don’t know how to express how grateful we are. Without Bulent, we would be stuck for at least a week and all the trips, hotels, schedules will be overdue. It was such a pleasure to meet Bulent and I highly recommend him to anyone travelling in Turkey. He could arrange all the schedules from transport, places of attraction, accommodations in all the cities. Also he has a company called Veni Vidi Travel that provides travel suggestions not only in Turkey, but also other countries. You could reach out to him on WhatsApp, wechat and he always reply in a minute. JUST AMAZING! We finally made our dream trip to Fethiye, Turkey last month after very long covid distractions. Mr. Bulent -truly, a self-caring family man- from Veni Vidi Travel looked after us during our holiday. We joined the boat trip to the Dead Sea where I had a chance to swim with a giant turtle and did paragliding where we took the most amazing photos of our life. Mr. Bulent bey was always on the other side of the line to answer our silly questions :) He even called the restaurants before we arrived to ensure they had a plant-based menu for us. Bulent Albayark - Turkey Travel Planner We had the best experience working and planning our trip with Bulent ALBAYARK. He gave us a well rounded trip and ensured that we got the best deals at all our destinations. Our journey was seamless through out and we thoroughly enjoyed. We were initially nervous about the trip since we were a big group but he managed to arrange our travel back and forth from all our destinations at a very good price. He was extremely detail oriented when it came to logistics as well as tourist visits during the vacation.
