Our driver will take us to a top from a nice path where we can see another ancient Lycian city of Xanthos and surroundings. The view of Xanthos, farms and the valley is fascinating. After an open-top sightseeing tour in this amazing city of Tlos we will drive to next stop. (No interior visit)
The gorge is the 2nd longest gorge of Europe. It has an freezing water comes from Taurus mountains and it’s the melted snow. You can walk into the canyon to the gorge. Or if its cold for you, you can stay around and relax. This rural Turkish countryside, amazing structure of gorge and pine forests with a fresh air will make you hungry. After the gorge trip a fresh open buffet lunch at a scenic riverside restaurant will be served.
After saklikent gorge we will visit the mud baths by the river and drive back to Fethiye to our hotels. Be prepared for that windswept look when you return.
